Workday Financials Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, and Composite)
- Develop complex calculated fields and reporting logic
- Use Workday Prism Analytics to source, blend, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Support financial and payroll reporting, ensuring accuracy and usability
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions
- Proactively analyze reporting requests to ensure the right solution is delivered
- Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies
- Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, and governance standards
- Identify opportunities for reporting efficiency, automation, and improved data visibility
- Support ad‐hoc and ongoing operational reporting needs
