ADP is hiring a WorkForce Suite, Sr. Implementation Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Configuration of the WorkForce Suite (Time, Absence, Scheduling, Integrations, etc.) according to the client's business requirements using various tools including scripting and logic.
• Lead and participate in business requirements gathering and refinement with the client through meetings and client workshops. This includes creating and maintaining the business requirement documents (BRD), use cases, and process diagrams.
• Comprehension of the WorkForce Suite Product configuration requirements (i.e., correct naming conventions and how this impacts the database, customizing templates, troubleshooting settings, proper sequence of product setting and implementation).
• Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes; incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending and implementing the WorkForce Suite solution.
