-Day-to-day operations and maintenance

-Utility management, including specialized R&D requirements.

-Emergency preparedness and planned maintenance

-Flexibility to handle unforeseen tasks.

2. Fire Protection program management.

-Appropriate management of Inspection/Testing/Maintenance (ITM) of the fire protection equipment base on local regulation and customer requirement.

-Management of design/construction and preparation for all audits

-Document management and submission to authorities.

-Updating fire/disaster preventive plan and conducting evacuation drills
