Primary Responsibility:

  • Maintains site operational policies, objectives, initiatives, budget, workplace vendor management, communication, and administrative services
  • Creating a work environment that aligns with our core values by incorporating ESG practices into our design and providing sustainable and measurable reductions to our environmental impact 
  • Lead the JHSC committee and participate in the the Building Emergency Response Team (BERT) 
  • Plans office and equipment layouts utilizing SpaceIQ to economize operations and maximize people productivity and collaboration opportunities. 
  • Manages operational budget including equipment, installation, labor, janitorial, onsite food and beverage services and other related costs. 
  • Responsible for space planning, including relocation, design, communication and reconfiguration.
