Description

Lead human resources initiatives as a Workplace Relations Adviser. Manage grievance procedures, develop HR strategies, and oversee daily operations at a dedicated retail location.
Your role will involve motivating staff, planning budgets, and implementing HR policies that align with business objectives. You’ll also conduct training and manage performance evaluations to support employee growth. This position requires effective communication with both management and staff regarding HR-related issues.
