Workshop Pump Technician

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Maintenance & Repair**

+ Disassemble, inspect, and repair different types of pumps (centrifugal, submersible, diaphragm, gear, etc.)
+ Replace worn or damaged components such as bearings, seals, shafts, and impellers
+ Perform pump assembly, alignment, and reinstallation
+ Conduct routine and preventive maintenance activities

**2. Troubleshooting**

+ Diagnose mechanical faults and performance issues
+ Identify root causes of pump failures and recommend corrective actions
+ Test repaired equipment to ensure proper functionality

**3. Inspection & Testing**

+ Perform pressure testing, vibration checks, and performance testing
+ Ensure all repaired pumps meet operational and safety standards
+ Maintain records of inspections and work completed
