About the Role
As a Yardi ERP Application Specialist, your primary responsibility is to effectively support the company’s Yardi software systems. This involves ensuring seamless operations, troubleshooting issues, providing user support, and optimizing the Yardi platform to meet business needs. This role acts as the primary functional and technical steward for the Yardi ERP platform, ensuring stability, data integrity, system integrations, and alignment with finance and operational processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for end users experiencing issues with Yardi platforms (e.g., Yardi Voyager, Yardi RentCafé, Yardi PayScan, Yardi Procure to Pay, etc.).
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve Yardi-related technical issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify, resolve, and, when necessary, eskalate technical challenges.
