Make a difference in the lives of young people as a Youth Care Practitioner with The Link: Youth and Family Supports. This role focuses on providing culturally sensitive care and support while being a positive role model.
As a Youth Care Practitioner, you will report to the Program Supervisor and ensure the daily functioning of the Healing Home program. Your tasks will include facilitating daily routines, transporting youth to appointments, and developing engaging activities. This position is pivotal in implementing a trauma-informed approach and working towards the goals outlined for each youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor youth whereabouts to ensure safety
• Interact purposefully to help youth achieve goals
