As a YCP, your role will include assessing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs. Collaborating with a diverse team of professionals, you will engage families and promote cultural respect within structured care settings. Your work will directly contribute to the holistic development of the children you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate children's growth through structured care
• Implement planned activities and therapeutic interventions
• Advocate for individual psychological and social needs
• Observe and document progress accurately
• Ensure safety standards in living environments
Requirements:
• Diploma in Child & Youth Care or equivalent education
• Experience with vulnerable youth preferred
• Knowledge of Indigenous culture is an asset
