Youth Director/Pastor

We are a growing multicultural, multigenerational church in the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM).

Position Overview: Oversee Youth Ministry (Wed and Thurs evenings), coordinate and schedule Youth social media posts, lead worship on Sunday twice a month, participate with the tech team once a month (can train), involve youth in regional opportunities (One Con, MYC, Youth Camp, etc.), work with Next Gen Music Director for Youth Take Over Services, invite youth to join ministry teams (Tech, Greeting, Kids Min, etc.), participate in staff meetings and outreaches (Winter Extravaganza, Easter Egg Hunt, Dalhousie Meal Outreach, etc.).

Salary and Benefits: Market-competitive salary, Car Allowance, Phone Allowance, Health and Dental Benefits, and Pension/RRSP for 20+ hours.
