Youth Director/Pastor and Worship

We are a growing multicultural, multigenerational church in the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM). We are looking for a Youth Director/Pastor.

• Oversee Youth Ministry (Wed and Thurs evenings)
• Coordinate and schedule Youth social media posts
• Lead worship on Sunday twice a month
• Participate with the tech team once a month (can train)
• Involve youth in regional opportunities (One Con, MYC, Youth Camp, etc.)
• Work with Next Gen Music Director for Youth Take Over Services
• Invite youth to join ministry teams (Tech, Greeting, Kids Min, etc.)
• Participate in staff meetings, and outreaches (Winter Extravaganza, Easter Egg Hunt, Dalhousie Meal Outreach, etc.)

Salary Range Competitive Salary, Car Allowance, Phone Allowance, Health and Dental Benefits, and Pension/RRSP for 20+ hours.
