Under the direction of the Youth Inpatient Services Team Leader, and as part of the inter‑disciplinary team, this position is responsible for providing therapeutic intervention, assessment and care planning for youth experiencing substance use and/or mental health challenges. The incumbent provides care, support and education to youth clients and their families/caregivers as identified through assessment and care planning. The incumbent will be expected to work within the frameworks of Person and Family‑Centered Care, Trauma‑Informed Practice, Harm Reduction, Psycho‑Social Rehabilitation and Brief Action Planning.
